Who We Are
Emme Elle Coaching is a menopause support and women’s health and fitness coaching service.
Founded by Mary Lee (ML), certified Menopause Doula, Licensed Menopause Champion, and Women’s Specialized Fitness Coach, Emme Elle Coaching helps busy women feel and perform their best during the menopause transition and beyond.
I purposely chose the name of the business with precision. Emme is of German origin, meaning whole, exalted, or universal. Elle in French is a feminine pronoun for she, girl. In Hebrew, it means goddess. Menopause is a universal and feminine experience and a time to step into wisdom as an exalted goddess
Through individualized menopause coaching and symptom management planning, I empower women to navigate the transformative journey feeling confident to take agency of her health and wellbeing and advocate for specific health needs with healthcare providers. As an educator, I facilitate organizations in creating a menopause-aware workplace and teach executive teams how to engage confidently in conversations that are accommodating, supportive, and leads to overall employee job satisfaction and staff retention.

Why We Do It
Hi, I’m Mary, a certified Menopause Doula, Licensed Menopause Educator and Women’s Coaching Specialist. My role is to help you transform your health, fitness, and menopause transition. Women deserve better!
My story is your story. It’s the story that many career women face—a lack of reliable support and credible information to better understand what is happening to our bodies and our cognition during the hormonal changes we experience with aging.
The gap in knowledge and inaccessible support is a serious issue both in our healthcare system and the workplace. It is contributing to the global mental health crisis, as well as rising costs to the economy due to lost work and wages.
As women’s health evolves to better address menopause, workplace cultures must also evolve to effectively support women during this life stage.
