You Are Not Alone!

Hi, I’m Mary, a Menopause Doula and Educator. My story is your story. It’s the story that many career women face—a lack of reliable support and credible information to better understand what is happening to our bodies and our minds during the hormonal changes we experience as we age.

The gap in knowledge and inaccessible support is a serious issue both in our healthcare system and the workplace. It is contributing to the global mental health crisis, as well as rising costs to the economy due to lost work and wages.

As women’s health evolves to better address menopause, workplace cultures must also evolve to effectively support women during this life stage.

My mission is to help women navigate this phase with knowledge and dignity so they don’t have to give up on their careers, their dreams, or themselves!

There’s a Doula for that?
